How do people do it?

This last week, SHeldon & I were parents to 2 kids....and I didn't get anything done.  :)  How do other parents do it? 

I love creating and was able to do this one card for Twisted Sketches.  I wasn't sure what to do as I had about 10 minutes of quiet time as Sheldon watched the kids.  I then noticed on my craft table (which hasn't been cleaned in a month) a sheet of paper I bought over the summer to make some cards about Abby.  It was a beach scene and it went perfect with her nickname...Crafty Abby.

So then, I remembered that I just received the SU set with a crab and the saying...Sorry I am crabby.  Which reminded me that I had those cute little craft cups from SU that you put on cards and put snacks inside.  I decided to use all 3 of those and make a diorama. 

I think it turned out cute...and I guess Abby did too...because she smashed it right after I took the picture.  :)
